How has your Tuesday been?
If you're like me then some days just go by so quickly before you know it the day is over. Today to recharge my batteries I took some time to meditate and find my center. If you are new to meditation then go on YouTube and search out meditation. There are many wonderful resources out there for us. And they're all FREE.
Today I thought I would talk about being OPEN. Sometimes life doesn't always work the way that we dreamed it would be. Often times, our plan B becomes the plan A. What I will share with you today is that Plan B can turn out to be pretty great.
I can see in my life where I have held on so tight to my plan A I wasn't open to well to anything. Not being open means not being in the flow. And we want to be in the flow. We want to feel all the love we can possibly allow. So today we need to BE OPEN.
BE OPEN to the possibilities that the Universe has available to us. BE OPEN to INFINITE POSSIBILITIES. BE OPEN. Let yourself feel hope, optimistic, joy and even love.
Let yourself be in the flow. It means you are expanding and allowing. Trusting that the Universe knows what she is doing and has your back. Being in the flow, trusting the Universe, you can't go wrong. You can achieve your heart's desire.
So BE OPEN. Enjoy your turn on earth. And discover adventure after adventure, That's what living is all about.
Today's Dating Tip: Be brave and be bold. You won't get that partner by sitting at home watching re-runs.

Day 3 Part 2 Maria's Dating 101 - A Meet and Greet
It's me again!
I wanted to share with you that I had my first meet and greet with a man I met on one of the dating apps.
Now if you are like me, you get a little nervous because it's always a little unnerving to meet someone new. It's always best to be smart about the initial meetings. Maybe you will tell a trusted friend or family member. Just remember to tell someone. It wouldn't hurt to carry pepper spray or something you can use to protect yourself. Even better yet, take some self-defense classes.
Ok, now to share what I learned on today's meet and greet.
We met in a very public place. Also a great idea. We had decided to meet for drinks only. I felt good about this since it did not commit me to a long period of time.
First, he hugged me. Now I would have preferred if he asked first, but ok. I don't always getting hugging a stranger, but I went with it.
Second, he did not shut up. Any time I started talking he would always take over. Ugh.
Third, right off the bat he showed me the callouses on his hands. I am sure he was intending to show me how hard working he is. But come on! Don't do this. EVER.
Lastly, he did pay for our drinks. It didn't save the situation. But I was grateful for his generosity.
You can make chemistry. It just happens. What is really funny is that I saw some old friends at the very end and they thought I was with my DAD. Lol. This guy was 10 years older than me.
Well, got the first meet and greet out of the way. On to the next adventure

Day 3 of Maria's Dating 101 (Know Your Worth)
Happy Labor Day Sweet Ones!
I hope that today is a day of rest for you. We all need some down time from our every day life. If you are working then I hope the day is blessed with only goodness.
Now if you remember from yesterday, we spoke on STAYING the COURSE. How did that feel for you when you were writing? Some times it is difficult to stay focused. We will always have distractions, but when we do, maybe we can glean a piece of knowledge from the distraction and own it as our own.
Today I thought I would share my thoughts and feelings on KNOW YOUR WORTH. You are a beautiful soul. You are meant to be on this earth at this time. You are perfect just as you are. NEVER, and I mean NEVER let another person make you feel less than beautiful. If you do my friends, you are giving your power away and we don't want that.
You have a lot to offer. And I am not just speaking of when you are in a relationship with your partner. I am talking about life. You are created perfectly so you can fulfill the mission you are here for. Sometimes that mission or purpose may take a while, but if you want to know what it is, you need to ask the the BIG GUY (God) or the Universe and if you get still you can discover what that purpose is.
During the dating season of your life, you may come across a lot of toads. Let's face it, we are human and won't be attracted to or perfect for every person we date. THAT'S OK. You will be perfect for the one who is perfect for you. And you know what? You can't rush perfection, so you gotta be patient. Even when it isn't easy. Remember STAY THE COURSE. It can help you here.
Okay, today's writing assignment - I hope by now you are keeping the notebook and pen close by. Writing is good for our souls. Today I am going to ask you to join me in writing about yourself. Write down all the qualities you love about yourself. Now, you are not writing about what you think someone else will think is good, you are writing about YOU. It may be easier to write yourself a love note and tell yourself how much you love You. This is important because when you KNOW YOUR WORTH, you won't settle for crap. You are valuable and you deserve to have someone in your life that sees your value.
Today's dating tip:
Honesty is always the best policy. Even when you think it may hurt someone else's feelings. If you can't be honest, then you need to ask yourself why.

Day 2 of Maria's Dating 101 (Stay the Course)
Hello,
I'm back! How did the writing go? Did you find clarity as the pen touched the paper and the thoughts, feelings and ideas unfolded? Maybe, you felt blocked. I would suggest if you felt any kind of blockages, to write about those and remember to include your feelings as you write. You want to be able to recognize the blocks so you can remove them.
How did taking the selfie go? Did you have fun? If you're like me, it takes a really LONG time to take the perfect selfie. Remember you are publishing this for others to see so you want your selfie to be great. If you had your friend take the selfie, then did you like the picture? Friends are great! Especially when they are supporting you on your adventure.
Today I thought I would talk about "Staying the Course." What does this mean, you ask? I'll share with you what it means for me.
When you are on the dating apps, it's easy to be flattered because someone is finally paying attention to you. Maybe they are flirting with you online. They say all the right things and you begin to feel those warm fuzzy feelings that happen during the beginning stages of dating.
Those feelings are great, because it means you are opening up to the possibility that maybe, just maybe there is someone out there in this great big Universe that is perfect for you.
I will suggest you go back to the notebook and re-read what you wrote. Before you get in too deep or dive right into a situation with another person, take a look at what you wrote. I know for me, this grounds me back into reality and after being reminded of what I really want I can continue forward.
There will be many, many distractions as you embark of this adventure. That's normal. It's up to you to decided to take a detour or STAY THE COURSE. The easier path will always be to follow the diversions because they are easy and fun. Staying grounded in what you want, well that takes courage and determination.
As always, there are no right or wrong answers. Only you know what is best for you. If you take the detours you can always come back to the path you truly want. Staying the Course, being steady in what you want will always move you closer to the end results.
Today's writing assignment - remember the notebook and pen. Go find them and find the very best spot to write in and sit down. Close your eyes, get quiet and take several deep breaths and begin to write. We are going to write about what it feels like to STAY THE COURSE. What does it smell like? What does it feel like? What do you look like? What does the end result look like? Keep writing. Let everything come out. The creative juices are flowing. You got this!

Day 1 of Maria's dating 101
Why Hello there!
How are YOU? Yes, I am really asking and I want to hear.
I wanted to take some time and share what's been going on with me these days. I've decided to join the online dating community and open my heart to the possibility of finding love once again.
This time I thought I would share my journey with you.
As of today I have signed up for Match.com and Zoosk. Both online dating apps I have paid the monthly membership fee. Now keep in mind Match.com or Zoosk has not asked me to represent or promote either one of their apps. My experiences are my own.
So if you are like me and looking for love in 2019 how and where do you start? For most of us 40 something ladies it isn't like when we were teenagers and the guy sent us a note or fumbled through asking us out. It's kinda tricky to navigate. Do I have your interest peaked yet? I sure hope so. Keep reading to find out what adventures I am embarking on as I seek the kind of love that will last long into my 80s and 90s.
Ok, let's get down to business. The first question you need to ask yourself if you are single and seeking love is: "What is it I really want." You need to be very clear on this question. If you don't know what you want you will only attract all kinds of crazy. This would be a great time for you to pause and get out that dusty old notebook and start writing. Yes, I said writing. Do you own a pen? If not, go out and get a spiral ringed notebook and a pen. Make sure to get a pen you like because you will be doing a lot of writing while you are with me on this adventure. I buy a Mead notebook and use a purple pen because it makes me smile.
I'd take about 15-30 minutes and start writing what it feels like to have the type of relationship you are seeking. Since we are all individuals this is going to be quite different for each of us. At 47 years old I know that I want the kind of man I can talk to for the rest of my life. I will share more about what I want as we go along. For now, start writing so you can figure out what you want in the partner you are seeking. Remember there are no right or wrong answers. By writing out your feelings you have opened up your creative juices and become more clear on what you are truly seeking.
If you are still writing and 30 minutes has passed, no worries! Keep writing it means you are on FIRE. You got this and have fun writing.
I'm going to remind you that there are no right or wrong answers here. If you pick up the notebook tomorrow and find that what you wrote today isn't what you want, don't through it away but build upon and continue writing.

Good Morning Dearhearts!
Gosh its been a while since I wrote last. We are near the end of 2015 and all I can say is WOW! It has been quite the year. And, this morning I'm not even quite sure where to start to share how the 2nd half of 2015 has unfolded for me in the world of Abundant Blessings.
How about those two words "ABUNDANT BLESSINGS?" Indeed I can say I AM Abundantly Blessed. Always I feel taken care of - even when I am feeling low energy. I know that Spirit is there to show me how to pick myself back up and continue on my path.
So, what is my path? I remember almost 6 years ago when I was experimenting with the idea of creating a business name. I took some time and ABUNDANT BLESSINGS HEALTH AND WELLNESS LLC unfolded for me.
Abundant Blessings means many things to me: sharing how essential oils and oily products may be a great additional to not only my life, my fur babes lives and also the lives of all those who are ready to experiment with something new. Abundant Blessings also means teaching others how to use oils in making homemade products. Well, at least giving others a place and the tools to get together with like-minded others and make homemade products. Another aspect of Abundant Blessings is to offer people an opportunity to experience a Healing Touch or Raindrop session. This year I added the MNA Superfood Smoothies to the world of Abundant Blessings.
So what am I saying here? In the beginning when Abundant Blessings was starting I was working full time and then for about a year I experimented with focusing on the business full time. I quickly learned that there were many aspects I missed about being out in the work force. SO, I went back to work for a company which I am enjoying a great deal. Does this mean I am giving up or letting go of my Dream?
Absolutely NOT! What Spirit and the Universe have shown me this year along with many other lessons is to trust them. Each day I do my BEST to connect with Spirit during my walks or in meditation so I know what is best for me and the babes to LIVE THE BLESSED LIFE. That really is the end goal for me.
Does it look like I thought it would? Not really. And you want to know what? I'm really happy this morning. I have a warm home to live in. I have food to keep me moving forward. I have my health and my babes are healthy. I could keep going on with the list and my intention here is that you see what I am sharing with you. I AM BLESSED.
So, when you find your dream and it turns in a different direction my Dearhearts - SEE the unlimited possibilities the new direction has in store for you. Be excited and open your heart to all the new and happy energy this new direction may give you.
YOU ARE LOVED! YOU MATTER! YOU GOT THIS!

Good Morning and Happy Sunday Dearhearts! How have you been this week? What has been unfolding in your own lives as you continue on your path? Is it everything you dreamed it would be? I have found lately that what I thought would be my goal has shifted. I find myself in a place of re-discovery. Now, at one time in my life I would have been fearful of this change in direction in my life. However, today I can say I wake up and feel excited and filled with wonder.
There are those of us who like life to stay the same because we know what to expect. When change arrives in our lives it creates anxiety or stress because it is unfamiliar. Today I would encourage you to come along with me on this journey of re-discovery. Let's make it exciting and fun. Let's make every moment count while we are moving on our journey.
Life may throw us surprises and what we thought our dreams were or are may change. I'm here to share with you that all of that is PERFECT. Think about it. If it wasn't suppose to happen then it wouldn't right? So, the flip side of that is true. If it is happening right now to you - it is suppose to happen. That being said, let's just roll with it. Like the waves on the ocean, it is much easier to go with the flow of the water than against it.
I'm inviting you to be BRAVE. Smile, laugh and know that there is a power far larger than we could ever imagine guiding us as we move through our lives. Worry, fear and doubt only hold us back. Don't even entertain those feelings. That's easy, I'm inviting you to be filled with faith, open your heart and mind to the very possibility that you are here on this earth to do something GREAT! Now go out and play, experiment and discover your greatness today!

Good Morning and Happy August 10, 2014
I was thinking this morning how fast everything in life is. I know that is why I like to get up so early-so I can feel the quiet before the rest of the world wakes up and gets moving. Some days when Ted and I are walking I think my best thoughts come to me.
I was at a family reunion yesterday. It was so great to connect with my extended family. I had missed the last reunion-because of a "boy," I won't make that choice again. Family is much more important. I have a cousin who when we meet it's like we can't stop talking. It was so good to catch up with her again. I loved listening to her wisdom and insight.
Being by family made me miss my fur baby, Allie. It's been about 4 months now and I think of her often. I'm grateful she isn't suffering anymore. She was a great friend to me while she was here on earth.
So I guess today's topic turns out to be about what is most important to you in life. Lately, I know that I learning where best to spend my time. August 1, 2014 and Young Living Joy Essential oil
So what does it mean to have Joy? I think JOY can be very elusive. In our society today we are all so busy doing that we don't make enough time to just BE. I know this last 1 1/2 years as I worked a full time job and grew a business I felt very little JOY. I decided a few months ago that I wanted JOY to be ever present in my life. There are so many little things we miss when we are busy doing that they slip right by us.
I am going to challenge myself and you too if you decide to find more JOY in life. Like today there was JOY in talking to not one but two neighbors as I was walking with TEDDY this morning. I found JOY as the sun was shining and I looked around and saw beauty.
Our life while here on this earth is a gift friends. Too often at the end of the day there are regrets. Let's not be that person. When we go to sleep at the end of the day lets know deep down inside us that we have lived our best day yet free from regrets. And when we get up the next morning we are going to do it all over again. How great is that?

Good Morning! Just a quick hello today. I am off to see my sister in Antigo today. Lots to get done before I head there.
I wanted to share that yesterday was a pretty super delicious kind of Tuesday. Not because any one thing happened to make it great, but because the whole day was just great. I was smiling from the inside out and it felt great.
You see I realized that even though I am embarking on this new journey it's not all going to be smooth sailing. Monday was one of those bumpy days. Monday night I decided that I wasn't going to let that gloomy feeling sneak into Tuesday and vavoom-Tuesday was great.
I feel so blessed to be able to see where this path takes me. I have no idea what to expect really. I only know if I open myself up to the Universe and ask God to blessed me, I find that indeed I am blessed. It doesn't get any better than that.

July 27, 2014 Sunday
With just the two of us, this house is perfect. Teddy loves snooping in all the Tall flowers (and weeds) you see in the picture. He has captured my heart for the last 6, almost 7 years now. I will post a picture of him later. He is one of the reasons, really the most important reason why I am on a new adventure in the story of my life.
After Allie passed, I decided it was time for a change. I knew with the business and my team growing I couldn't keep juggling both a full time job and the business. With my dream set in motion I did what I needed to get to where I am today.
For the first time in months I actually feel free. There is no place Teddy or I need to be today. We are free to just be. Teddy's belly woke us up at 5am today.
We got up and took care of the bladder and the belly :) Then Teddy jumped back onto the bed while I read, wrote in my journal and meditated. What a great way to start our day. I love getting up early. Most people are still sleeping and the world is quiet at that time of the day.
As we drove to the dog park, I thought how nice it was the sun was shining with very few cars out on the roads yet. It is a brilliant sun with blue skies that make the green grass look greener.
As I let Teddy lose into the dog park, my heart smiled as I saw the joy on his face at being to run and play as he wished. There were other dogs there which Teddy greeted, but he was most happy to snoop around and discover new treasures.
My heart is singing today. There is never any guarantee of what the future brings folks, we only have this moment. We spend most of them rushing from place to place. Today I challenge you to take time to be free.

Day 7
Good Morning!
My heart is full and tears are just around the corner this morning. My last 8 hours and then off to a new adventure.
I would definitely say I am feeling a range of emotions. The tears are happy tears. This is what I have known for 13 years so there are baby butterflies in my tummy too. I have up until this point always worked for someone else. Being my own "boss" will be something new for me. I suspect the leadership qualities I poss will emerge and I embark on this new path.
I have met some pretty amazing people these last 13 years. The tears will be because there are those I have called family and I know as I grow, thing will change. This is how life is. Nothing ever really stands still for very long when it is time to grow.
Have a great day! I am taking time to experience this historical day in my life.

Just wanted to check in and say goodnight. It has been quite the week and I have one more shift left at the full time job I am leaving.
I'm not really sure what I am feeling. So much goodness and excitement is waiting for me ahead in the path I have chosen. Yet, I know 24 hours from now, I will never be the same.

Day 5
Hello there!
Just a few minutes to share how day 5 is going. So much to do in these last 3 days at my full time job. My heart is right there out on my sleeve as I move into this new place in my life. While I am delighted to be stepping into this new path, I have made friends along the way this past 16 years of my life. Things never really are quite the same when you take the path less traveled.
I love that poem "Two Roads" by Robert Frost. I guess back when I was a teenager I never really quite understood the depth of those words. I suspect years from now when I look back at making this transition I will always be grateful that I took the road less traveled.
The Universe has called and I have answered and am willing to step into this new journey and see where it leads. Teddy and I are only here once and my time with him is super short and from here on out I won't waste a single minute of it.
Teddy and I have many places to visit and many adventures that await us. He has been more than patient, but now is our time together.
I keep thinking about that line in the TV series "One Tree Hill" "and I look forward to what comes next." We don't really know what that is since we can't predict the future. This is where my faith comes in. FAITH, that I am on this path for a reason in just the right spot. Oh, how my heart is filled with GRATITUDE and JOY that now is our turn.

Day 2
It's July 18, 2014 and we are on day 2 of Maria's Journey of Unlimited Potential. Yesterday I shared a little bit about myself and where I was at in life. Very briefly, I brought you up to speed on where I am at today. So you may be wondering, why leave a job of 13 years, with various benefits and obviously a steady paycheck.
Why leave? I think somewhere in the last 7 years something inside of me shifted. Just getting by and receiving a paycheck for it no longer was satisfying to me. I am not quite sure when that changed occurred. It could have been with Mr. Teddy came to live with us or when I took that first Healing Touch class. It doesn't really matter, other than to know it happened. Now that the shift occurred, what will I do with it?
I believe if we are willing to see it, that we are made up of gifts and talents. Gifts and talents, if we choose to share with the world. Some people have gifts and talents and keep them to themselves so only they can see them. Other people share their gifts and talents with a small group of people where it is safe for them. Then, the third group would be those that share what they have been blessed with in the gifts and talents department with the world. I think today I am somewhere in between that 2nd and last group of people.
I am ready to embark on a journey of opening my heart and sharing my gifts and talents with the world. Now there will always be that person who will be smarter, prettier, faster, you get the idea. But what I do know is that there is only 1 MARIA LEEANA RANGLE with my social security number. So yep, you've guessed it. I AM SPECIAL AND UNIQUE AND HAVE GIFTS AND TALENTS TO SHARE WITH THE WORLD.
I hope as you reflect on your own day that you see what gifts and talents you have been blessed with. They are there if you take time to see them.

Hello, Come Join me on my Unlimited Potential Journey for the next 365 days !
Good Morning!
I was thinking this morning that I would like to share my journey with those that are interested in reading. You see in 8 days I will be taking the next step in the journey I call my life.
I have been employed by our local County as a 911 operator for the last 13 years. Before that I was a secretary and employed by Grand Chute Police as a clerk. So all together I have been in law enforcement for 16 years. If I do the math on that I was 26 when I started my chapter with law enforcement.
26 years old and fresh out of school, I was looking for any kind of job. Grand Chute must have saw my UNLIMITED POTENTIAL and hired me. I really had no idea how to do the job other than your basic data entry skills. What I found was FAMILY. Oh, how I loved them. I guess you could say I grew up while employed at Grand Chute PD.
I stayed there for 3 years and I will always say that was the best job I ever had. I'm not really calling what I will be doing here on out a "job." I will talk more about that later.
So, Grand Chute PD? I made the best of friends with one of the lady officers there. She took me under her wing and I embarked on the ride of my life. She showed me how she embraced life with PASSION. I will always love and hold Grand Chute PD and those 3 years of my life in a special place in my heart. I could talk much more on these three years, but will save that for a later day.
I left Grand Chute and went to work as a secretary for a bank in Oshkosh. THE END.
7 months later I tested and got the job at our local sheriff's department. 13 years later, this is where I am at today. Next Wednesday July 23, 2014 will end my chapter with law enforcement.
So I invite you to follow me on this new chapter. Come with me and share my joy, maybe some down times, but mostly JOY. Lots and Lots of JOY. I told the UNIVERSE, I am stepping back into the journey I call MY LIFE. I hope you will stay with me as I watch a long awaited DREAM unfold in the story I call MY LIFE.

Well good morning!
My heart is full on this Christmas eve day. It is not full in a way I had imagined it would be. As 2013 is drawing to a close I like to think of what I have learned. What is it I can let go of? What is it that I can take with me? This is what I know today.
1. My beloved Allie and Teddy are always going love me unconditionally as long as they are here. When they pass from this life, their Spirit will remain with me, still loving me.
2. Time and time again I must learn to forgive. This is not easy at all. People fail. People disappoint. People don't love unconditionally. That is where forgiveness comes in. Forgive every second of every day.
3. Accept that everything happens for a reason. Despite the humanness of people there are still good people in the world. There are still people who inspire and strive to be their best selves.
4. There is only this moment. What will I do with it? What matters? What is important? Who is important?
5. Love myself. If I don't love myself, unconditionally then who will? I need to love who I am in this moment, even my own humanness. I am lovable. Love makes everything better.
6. Laugh. Life is too short. I haven't laughed enough this year. I am going to laugh more starting now.
7. I need to be outside more connecting with nature. I think that is where I will become grounded. I think I can find peace in nature.
8.Smile. I need to find countless number of reasons to smile. I think my world will be better if I smile.
9. Joy. I need to find Joy in all that I am. I think my life will be better if I do.
10. Gratitude. I need to always be thankful for everything and everyone in my life. Gratitude brings more blessings.

Well It's Saturday Night and I felt like I should share with my Dearhearts
Hello everyone!
We have completed another week of our Thankfulness Journey. We are just over half way now. I am saving my very best for the last day. Those of you who know me well will know exactly what I am talking about.
I have to say I have had one of the most amazing weeks. It's like I want to look over my shoulder and say is this really happening to me? Is this my life? Am I really getting to live my dream?
Indeed I am. I am growing Dearhearts. You are a part of the growing process and you may not even realize it. I love being able to see what's happening with you on Facebook. If you ever feel inclined, feel free to email me and share an "ah-ha" moment. I would love to hear what's going on in your lives.
I feel even more blessed and thank God and the Universe for all that I am given. My heart is full and even overflowing.

A Sunny Sunday
Hello my Dearhearts!
I hope that the last week has treated you well. I have been blessed abundantly and feel so grateful. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite times of year. It gives me a chance to see where I have been in the last year and where I dream to big in the upcoming year.
So, where have I been? It has been a year full of learning. A relationship ended, Teddy has surgery, I've gained a little weight, but most importantly I think of all you. It is because of you that I am growing with unlimited potential. This excites me and I am always surprised what what transpires.
I like to look at the lesson I can take away from any situation. At first it may not be easy for me, but in the end I like to think I am able to see the lesson.
In life I believe there are many lessons. It is up to us to see the lessons. But only if we choose. We can choose to leave the learning alone and continue on our path. Or, we can choose to dig a little deeper and learn from what has transpired.
It is my hope that as I continue on my journey that I always see the lesson.
Anyway, these are just some of my thoughts today.
